Motivi is the first Italian brand to launch the “smart shop” philosophy introduced by PowaTag, which turns any article with a QR code into a virtual store. A simple click and that dress goes straight into your basket and is on your doorstep within 48 working hours.
“The concept of instant shopping is the perfect match for our brand. We are therefore proud to be the first in Italy to adopt PowaTag, which will enable us to speed up and simplify the purchasing process”, said Giuseppe Miroglio, president of the eponymous group. “Partnership with PowaTag takes Motivi into the future of shopping”, he added.
“We are excited to be working with one of the world’s major fashion retailers. Thanks to the first launch of PowaTag both online and offline in Italy, consumer freedom of purchase will reach unprecedented levels,” said Dan Wagner, CEO and founder of Powa Technologies.
The project will be officially presented on 2 October in Milan, at the Motivi store in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Motivi will transform this location into a “smart store” to coincide with its invasion of the city via thousands of drinks mats and serviettes that will become real virtual stores.
