Alberto Racca joins Miroglio Group’s organization as Group Strategy & Transformation Director, reporting directly to the Chairman, Giuseppe Miroglio. He will take on strategic planning and the definition and controlling of program implementation, in keeping with the reorientation requirements expressed by the company’s top management.
Since graduating in Managerial Economics from the London School of Economics and gaining an MBA at the London Business School focusing on entrepreneurship and private equity, Alberto Racca has acquired significant experience following major corporate transformation projects in McKinsey & Co., and at KKR-Pillarstone where he took part in successful turnarounds and defining acquisition and investment plans.
